Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dobidy ("the Service"), operated by Dobidy ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Service Description

Dobidy is an AI creative studio. Our primary interface is the Omni Tool, a guided wizard that turns your product information, brand inputs, and marketing goals into AI-generated short-form video advertisements — typically ten-second ads delivered in batches — along with associated scripts and creative assets. Output is optimized for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

The Service requires you to create an account and sign in before use. Omni Tool script generation is available on all account tiers; video generation consumes credits, which are included with a paid subscription.

3. Pricing & Payment

Dobidy is offered through tiered monthly subscriptions:

• Free — $0/month. One-time 100-credit signup bonus, enough to render a single 10-second watermarked video ad on Seedance 2.0. No monthly credit refresh.
• Basic — $39/month. 1,800 credits per month, HD video downloads.
• Pro — $99/month. 5,400 credits per month, priority generation during busy periods.
• Enterprise — custom pricing, API access, dedicated support, and custom integrations.

Credits are consumed when generating video content. Video generation costs 10 credits per second per video — a standard batch of three ten-second video ads costs 300 credits, and a batch at the fifteen-second option costs 450 credits. Refining or editing an existing clip is billed at the same per-second rate. The exact credit cost is displayed in the app before generation.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles billing, tax calculation, invoicing, and chargebacks on our behalf. By subscribing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Prices and credit allocations may change at any time. Any change will apply to billing cycles beginning after the change is published on our pricing page.

4. Refunds, Cancellation & Credits

All sales are final. No refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access and any remaining credits until that period ends, and you will not be charged again. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months or for unused credits.

Unused credits do not roll over. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits expire at the end of the cycle and have no cash value.

If video generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits consumed will be refunded to your account so you can retry generation at no additional cost.

5. Your Content & Intellectual Property

Your inputs: You retain all rights to the images, text, brand information, and other materials you upload or provide to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your video.

Generated videos: You own the video content generated through the Service using your inputs. You may use generated videos for any lawful commercial or personal purpose without attribution to Dobidy.

Third-party AI providers: Some video output is produced using third-party AI engines integrated into the Service. Output generated using such engines may also be subject to those providers' own usage terms, which can apply in addition to these Terms.

Aggregated & anonymized data: We may use anonymized, aggregated, and de-identified data derived from your use of the Service — including creative patterns, scenario preferences, and usage trends — to analyze, improve, and enhance our platform, AI models, and services. This data will not identify you personally and may be used without restriction.

Our platform: The Service itself, including its AI models, software, design, branding, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of Dobidy. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our underlying technology.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
• Generate advertisements that are misleading, deceptive, or contain false claims
• Produce content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property, trademark, or publicity rights
• Create content depicting minors, violence, hate speech, or discriminatory material
• Circumvent usage limits, abuse the platform, or interfere with the Service's operation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract AI models or source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service as your own AI video generation platform
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate video content, scripts, and advertising copy. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific needs.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. You must ensure that your video advertisements comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including truth-in-advertising requirements.

We do not guarantee specific results, advertising performance, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

8. Account Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide a refund upon termination for cause.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dobidy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dobidy and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Notice of infringement. If you believe content available through the Service infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act on behalf of, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@dobidy.com. To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works).
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it on the Service (such as the URL or job ID).
4. Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Counter-notice. If your content was removed and you believe the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@dobidy.com containing: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal; (c) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and (d) your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Dobidy may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.

Repeat infringers. Consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
