Terms of Service - Dobidy

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dobidy ("the Service"), operated by Dobidy ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Service Description

Dobidy is an AI-powered video advertising platform that enables users to create professional 10-second video advertisements. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate advertising scripts, scenarios, and video content based on information you provide about your products, brands, and marketing goals.

The Service requires you to create an account and sign in before use. Video generation is a paid feature.

3. Pricing & Payment

Video generation costs $9 per session (3 video ads generated from your brief). Payment is processed securely by LemonSqueezybefore video generation begins.

LemonSqueezy handles all billing, tax calculation, and payment processing on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Prices may change at any time. Any price change will apply to purchases made after the change is published on our pricing page.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a video has been successfully generated and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

If video generation fails due to a technical error on our end, you will not be charged — your purchase remains available and you can retry generation at no additional cost until the video is successfully delivered.

5. Your Content & Intellectual Property

Your inputs: You retain all rights to the images, text, brand information, and other materials you upload or provide to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your video.

Generated videos: You own the video content generated through the Service using your inputs. You may use generated videos for any lawful commercial or personal purpose without attribution to Dobidy.

Aggregated & anonymized data: We may use anonymized, aggregated, and de-identified data derived from your use of the Service — including creative patterns, scenario preferences, and usage trends — to analyze, improve, and enhance our platform, AI models, and services. This data will not identify you personally and may be used without restriction.

Our platform: The Service itself, including its AI models, software, design, branding, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of Dobidy. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our underlying technology.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
Generate advertisements that are misleading, deceptive, or contain false claims
Produce content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property, trademark, or publicity rights
Create content depicting minors, violence, hate speech, or discriminatory material
Circumvent usage limits, abuse the platform, or interfere with the Service's operation
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract AI models or source code
Resell or redistribute the Service as your own AI video generation platform
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate video content, scripts, and advertising copy. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific needs.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. You must ensure that your video advertisements comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including truth-in-advertising requirements.

We do not guarantee specific results, advertising performance, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

8. Account Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide a refund upon termination for cause.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dobidy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dobidy and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
